Shadowridge Homes and Woodridge Homes are members in good standing of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.

Deposit Insurance - The Alberta New Home Warranty Program protects your deposits of up to 20% of the purchase price for a single family home, to a maximum of $100,000.00 when your builder is a registered member of the program.

One Year Warranty Against All Defects - In addition to any warranties by material suppliers and manufacturers.

Five-Year Structural Warranty - The program warrants your new home against any structural defect for five years.

Satisfaction Guarantee - Any repairs or solutions deemed necessary under the program shall be provided to satisfy the warranty program.
