Building a custom home can be one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences encountered by an indivdual.  From preliminary layout and design, to construction to finally move in its definitley something you will never forget  

 

We take pride in the way we build out homes.  We work with preferred suppliers and contractors and follow a proven process to ensure both your satisfaction and ours.

 

INITIAL CONSULTATION

During the consultation we want to findo out your needs, wants and interests in a new home.  We will explain how our building process works and answer any questions you might have.

 

If you have not determined where you want to build or what you want to build, we will try to clarify which direction you feel you would like to go.  If you already have a builing lot and/or your own plans then we are wll on the way to beginning the process.

 

CHOOSE YOUR PLAN

We work with several architects of which you can work wth to modify an exsisting plan or come up with something entirely to your liking.  

 

FINANCING

If you have not sorted out financing yet, we work woth several mortgage brokers and financial institutions that can provide you with attractive and flexable construction loan options to suit your specific financial needs.

 

BUDGET ANALYSIS

We will review your home design and discuss the level of finishes required to develop the home to your budget.  If you have specific ideas, we encourage you to bring photos and we can try to accomodate them into the plans.

 

CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT

Once the design and the budget are agreed upon we will meet and sign the construction agreement.  You will be required to bring a deposit to start the construction process.

 

PRE CONSTRUCTION MEETING

This will be the final meeting before we start the construction on your new home.  If we need to make any changes to the plans, this is the time to do it.  

 

PRE DRYWALL ORIENTATION

You will view the home in rough framing stage with mechanical and electrical completed.  We want to make sure everything is going according to plan before we  start to close in the walls.

 

DELIVERY

Start packing, your new home awaits for you.
